We are proud to announce a new program in Emotional Intelligence, aimed at coaches, change agents, consultants and learning and development professionals. Learn to help a team to become emotionally intelligent.
Team Emotional Intelligence, developed by Prof. Vanessa Druskat and Dr. Steven B. Wolff, has been shown to be critical to the functioning of high-performing teams. EiWorld and GEI Partners have teamed up to provide you a unique opportunity to learn from the developers of Team Emotional Intelligence. You will learn about the theory and research behind Team Emotional Intelligence, how to facilitate team development using the Team Emotional Intelligence assessment and you will become accredited to use the assessment.
